To keep all Glendale Heights Fest visitors safe, we have fenced in the entire Glendale Heights Fest grounds but there will be NO entrance fee.
Additionally, there will be extra police and security present throughout the event. We always encourage if you “see something, say something” to help prevent violence whether it be at Glendale Heights Fest, on social media or rumors you hear elsewhere. Please call 9-1-1 to report anything or call the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 630.260.6070.
In the event of an emergency or evacuation, there are multiple exit points throughout the Glendale Heights Fest grounds.
* Purchase an approved clear bag from ICNA Relief at the gates during Glendale Heights Fest. Proceeds will benefit underserved communities.
Did you lose an item during your visit to the Glendale Heights Fest? We recognize that your item is important to you and will reach out if we believe we have found it—or need more information.
To report an item lost or missing during the fest, please notify the Police Department at the Police Trailer located at the southwest corner of the park near the west entrance. Any items located, recovered or turned in during the Glendale Heights Fest will be held at the Police Trailer on site at the Glendale Heights Fest.
If owner information is available or obtainable, attempts shall be made by personnel at the fest grounds to return the property to its rightful owner. If an owner is not able to retrieve their property from the fest grounds, arrangements may be made for pick up at the Police Department, during normal business hours, beginning the Monday following the Glendale Heights Fest.
Parking is available on-site every day of Fest for a fee. But, plan ahead -- the parking lot tends to fill up quickly. Additional parking is available around town and is only a short walk to Camera Park. View the interactive map below for designated parking areas.
On Sunday, July 14th beginning at 7:00pm until approximately 11:00pm, Fullerton Avenue from Bloomingdale Road to President Street, President Street from Armitage Avenue to Fullerton Avenue, and the Camera Park and Americana Park parking lots will be closed for the viewing of the fireworks display. Residents parking in each of these lots will be unable to leave the lots until the streets have been reopened. This is done in order to provide for the safety of the viewing public and to ensure the ability of emergency services personnel to respond where needed.
